Greystone Adds Paul Donahue as a Managing Director  

Paul Donahue has joined Greystone as a managing director based in Boston. He brings over 35 years of real estate capital markets experience to the firm’s lending platform.  

Previously, Donahue worked as a senior vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he served the capital needs of pension fund advisors, family offices, affordable housing sponsors, and institutional clients with debt solutions. Prior to that, he held roles at CBRE, Berkshire Mortgage Finance, and Krupp Realty.
