Former Freddie Mac senior vice president Rich Martinez will join Greystone as an executive managing director, multifamily sales & production

Greystone Adds Freddie Mac SVP to Multifamily Team

Rich Martinez will join Greystone as an executive managing director, multifamily sales & production in mid-June, based in New York. In this newly created role, he will focus on new business growth for Greystone’s expanding multifamily platform as well as enhancing and optimizing the firm’s joint venture relationship with Cushman & Wakefield.

Before joining Greystone, Martinez served as SVP of production & sales at Freddie Mac, where he worked for more than 34 years in a variety of assets classes and geographies.
