Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, will open its long-planned New York headquarters at One Pierrepont Plaza in Downtown Brooklyn.

“We’re in this location because it’s central to our clients, who are spread out across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens,” said Michael Stimler, senior investment associate and head of the new office.“

This will be Greysteel’s ninth office. Stimler will arrange sales and financing for private client, middle market, and institutional multifamily properties throughout Greater New York City.
