Greysteel Arranges $38M Sale of Iowa Apartments

Greysteel has completed the sale of Polo Club Apartments located at 6201 EP True Parkway in West Des Moines, Iowa for $38 million. The buyer plans to complete a full renovation of the property.

BJ Connolly, Zach Schneider and Ryan Carter of Greysteel exclusively represented the seller, Polo Club, LLC / Premier Companies, in the transaction. The buyer represented itself. Built in 1998, Polo Club Apartments features 277 two-bedroom units offering high ceilings, cozy fireplaces, and ample closet space.

“As the capital markets continue to evolve, we continue to see strong investor interest for multifamily properties like Polo Club Apartments,” said BJ Connolly, Managing Director at Greysteel. “Investors are increasingly recognizing the upside potential in suburban secondary markets across the Midwest and the country, signaling continued confidence in targeted growth opportunities.”
