Greystar Real Estate Partners Extends $2B Logistics Portfolio into Boston with Warehouse Project

Charleston, SC-based Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, has entered the Boston-area logistics market with the acquisition and commencement of construction at 798 N Bedford Street in East Bridgewater, MA. JLL has been selected as marketing and leasing agent.

The project will feature a 412,500-square-foot warehouse that will cater to logistics and distribution companies and is expected to deliver in late 2023. The development site is located off Route 18 between Brockton and Bridgewater with access to major roadways and the regional labor force from the South Shore to Boston.

798 N Bedford Street adds to Greystar’s $2 billion portfolio and pipeline of projects in the logistics sector, which totals 15 million square feet. The company manages and operates over $240 billion of real estate in 226 markets globally, including 782,900 apartment units. It has an institutional investment management platform comprised of more than $59 billion of assets under management, including approximately $25 billion of development assets.
