Greystar building Phase III of apartment complexes

Greystar Planning 336-Unit Denton Apartment Complex

Greystar must like the success they’ve had with Phase I and II. The Dallas Business Journal reports the company is now hoping to break ground on Phase 3 in southeast Denton. Birchway Denton Phase 3 will come with a clubhouse and swimming pool. Greystar expects to deliver the project in 2025. Construction costs are estimated at $51 million. The Construction Journal lists the estimated value of the project at $126 million.

A year ago, the company started work on Birchway Denton Phase II near the planned Phase 3 project. It’s expected to have nearly 400 units.

In 2021, Greystar and Realty Capital Management broke ground on a 38-acre mixed-use project in Keller, about 15 miles south of Denton. When complete, the development, called Keller Center Stage, will contain about 60,000 square feet of shops, offices and restaurant space, a single-family neighborhood with 57 patio homes ranging from 2,200 to 2,800 square feet and 475 multi-family residences.
