Greystar, PGIM Complete Phase I of Charleston Warehouse Project

Greystar and PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, completed Lowcountry Logistics Center Building I and began construction of Buildings II and III in the greater Charleston area. The 145,463-square-foot rear-loading facility at 7651 Southrail Road has a clear height of 32 feet, 34 dock doors, and two drive-in doors. Leasing efforts are being led by Peter Fennelly, Simons Johnson and Will Crowell of Bridge Commercial.

Construction is underway on Lowcountry Logistics Buildings II and III, located at 8276 & 8250 Patriot Boulevard in North Charleston. The two rear-load buildings total over 180,000 square feet. All three buildings can accommodate a wide range of industrial users, with suites divisible to approximately 16,000 square feet and are well suited for distribution, warehousing and manufacturing operations.
