Greystar Partners with Wag! to Provide Canine Services

Greystar Real Estate Partners is teaming with Wag!, the nation’s largest on-demand mobile dog-walking and dog-care app, to provide canine services and amenities to residents of select Los Angeles apartment properties managed by Greystar. Those living in The Desmond, Forty55 Lofts, Gallery @ Noho, Access Culver City and Avana Wilshire will have access to the amenities. In addition, the dog parks at Los Angeles Greystar-managed properties will be dubbed Wag! Paw Parks.

Services at these properties will include:

• Discounts for dog-walking, sitting and boarding services

• Access to a dedicated 24-hour Wag! customer service phone line

• Lockboxes to safely store apartment keys and leashes for walkers when dog owners aren’t home

According to Greystar’s Adam Khalil, the partnership is the first of its kind in the sector. “The relationship between Greystar and Wag! represents a unique value-add in the multifamily world,” he added.
