Greystar and Partners Group have welcomed the first residents at Anthem Everett, a new 450-apartment community in Everett’s Commercial Triangle District. Located at 484 Second Street and designed by The Architectural Team, the development features amenities such as a fitness center, yoga studio, golf simulator lounge, resort-style pool, outdoor theater, pet spa, and co-working spaces.  

With 564 parking spaces and 6,500 square feet of retail space, Anthem Everett offers daily concierge services, package acceptance with cold storage, and valet dry cleaning. Located close to Chelsea MBTA Station, Anthem Everett is part of Greystar’s $730 million investment in Everett, which includes multiple residential projects and community improvements.
