Greystar building 3 N. Ft Worth multifamily projects

Greystar Looking to Spend $110M on Three Fort Worth Multifamily Communities

A developer plans to deliver a roughly $110 million multifamily development to north Fort Worth, spread over three projects. Public filings indicate that two of the projects will feature rental units and one will include townhomes.

The Dallas Business Journal has traced the ownership of the three projects to entities associated to Greystar. Located at 1900 Blue Mound Road, the projects will consist of 558 units of multifamily and 162 townhomes. Based on the filings, Marlowe Wellington East will total 276 apartment units, Marlowe Wellington West will total 120 units and Wellington Townhomes will feature 162 units.

Marlowe Wellington East will feature 10 three-story buildings, surface parking and resident common-use and amenities. Marlowe Wellington West will include four three-story buildings and surface parking. Wellington Townhomes will feature 27 two-story buildings, surface parking and resident common-use and amenities.
