Greystar Debuts Three Seattle Rental Residences

Multifamily real estate specialist Greystar has completed three rental residences in the South Lake Union, Ravenna and U-District neighborhoods of Seattle. Move-ins are underway at the properties that first began construction between 2019 and 2020.

The Waverly (pictured) is a 28-story, 374-unit luxury high rise in South Lake Union with 18% of units pre-leased. The property features coworking spaces and a rooftop lounge.

Arista Residences, a luxury mid-rise apartment complex in Ravenna is 40% pre-leased and consists of 236 units with community amenities including a fitness studio and a rooftop terrace with wine lounge.

The Accolade is a student housing complex near the University of Washington in Seattle’s U-District that has also garnered strong pre-leasing momentum.

“Greystar is proud to celebrate the completion of these three new and distinctively unique developments,” said the firm’s Aaron Keeler. “We are thrilled to present residents with the opportunity to experience reimagined luxury living.”
