Greystar Debuts Three Seattle Rental Residences
Multifamily real estate specialist Greystar has completed three rental residences in the South Lake Union, Ravenna and U-District neighborhoods of Seattle. Move-ins are underway at the properties that first began construction between 2019 and 2020.
The Waverly (pictured) is a 28-story, 374-unit luxury high rise in South Lake Union with 18% of units pre-leased. The property features coworking spaces and a rooftop lounge.
Arista Residences, a luxury mid-rise apartment complex in Ravenna is 40% pre-leased and consists of 236 units with community amenities including a fitness studio and a rooftop terrace with wine lounge.
The Accolade is a student housing complex near the University of Washington in Seattle’s U-District that has also garnered strong pre-leasing momentum.
