Greystar CEO Bob Faith

Greystar Adds Former Angelo Gordon Executive to Lead Open-Ended Fund Platform

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC named Terri Herubin Managing Director of Portfolio Management, with responsibility for the Charleston, SC-based firm’s U.S. open-ended fund platform. She will oversee its flagship perpetual life funds in the U.S., and will also serve as practice leader for Greystar’s international open-end investment vehicles.

Greystar’s Bob Faith (pictured above) says, “Greystar is creating a center of excellence in sector-specific open-ended funds globally, and we remain a dominant and growing market leader in the management of these investment vehicles.” He noted the role will be pivotal in supporting the continued global expansion of this critical aspect of Greystar’s business.

Terri Herubin

Herubin, who brings more than 25 years of CRE experience, most recently served at Angelo Gordon where she helped grow the firm’s real estate assets under management. She also held positions at Barings Real Estate, where she managed the firm’s core open-end fund, and was a member of the real estate equity investment committee. Earlier in her career, she served at The Townsend Group, United Development Company and New York State Teachers’ Retirement System.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator.
