Greyhound Bus Facility to See New, Redeveloped Life in Boise
Once a Greyhound Bus facility in downtown Boise, Idaho, the 0.84-acre lot has been sold for redevelopment purposes.
Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of the downtown site, located at 1212 W. Bannock St.
The land has been slated for redevelopment by the buyer, Pacific Partners Residential, Inc., a large developer and operator of market rate, multi-family residential communities throughout the western United States, according to a news release.
Curtis Cluff of Cushman & Wakefield and Matt Naumann of CBRE co-represented the buyer in the transaction. Jay Story of Story Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. The property sold for an undisclosed price.
A downtown location offers some interesting neighbors for the soon-to-be redeveloped land, including:
- In an art deco building, downtown’s Boise Art Museum has contemporary works and an outdoor sculpture garden
- The grand, sandstone Idaho State Capitol Building is nearby
- The Old Idaho Penitentiary contains 19th-century prison cells and gallows, plus historic military weaponry
