GREP, Advance Realty Investors Ink 117K-SF NJ Lease

Greek Real Estate Partners (GREP) and Advance Realty Investors have leased 117,000 square feet at 301 Crossroads Boulevard, Logan Township, NJ, to Aramsco, Inc.

The leasing efforts are led by the JLL team, while representation for Aramsco, Inc. was provided by Ryan Bowie of ICON Commercial and Colin Flynn, David Ricci, and Brando Casalicchio from Flynn Companies. GREP and Advance Realty Investors have developed the property into a seven-building warehouse complex, with multiple buildings already leased to tenants like Target and Lineage Logistics.

“This transaction reaffirms long-term demand for superior, Class-A logistics facilities despite a turbulent market and speaks volumes to Logan North’s excellent location and quality design,” said Alex Cocoziello of Advance Realty Investors.
