Greg Swanberg Selected to Lead C&W’s Technical Solutions Practice

Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) leadership team expanded with the addition of Greg Swanberg. He will  lead the Technical Solutions practice after serving as Chief Executive Officer for BioStorage Technologies, a global leader in critical biological storage environments.

Swanberg brings more than 30 years of senior management and executive experience, having managed all aspects of designing, operating, and maintenance of highly regulated critical environments.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Colette Temmink says, “Greg’s extensive global management experience, which included directly overseeing the technical delivery of outsourced services for critical functions in data centers, nuclear energy facilities, pharmaceutical and manufacturing facilities, public and private research centers, hospitals and clinics, will help provide industry leading solutions to our clients for their most critical physical infrastructure.”

The move builds on the momentum of recent partnerships and acquisitions by Cushman & Wakefield, including BuildingOS building intelligence software, EnSite Solutions, and MetaProp NYC.
