Greg Spitler, Maschera Usrey, Among New Hires at Cresa DFW

Tenant rep company Cresa DFW continued its expansion with the hiring of four people. Coming on board are Greg Spitler (principal), Maschera Usrey (senior vice president), May Neikirk (vice president) and Cassie Watts (vice president).

Spitler comes to his new position from Peloton Commercial Real Estate and “was brought on as a partner to help us grow the Dallas office,” according to Cresa DFW’s Scott Bumpas. Usrey was previously with Hart Commercial LLC, while Neikirk and Watts came from TIG Real Estate Services and Hartman Income REIT, respectively.

“We are excited to add depth and reach to our group,” Bumpas said. “These individuals are very well-respected, bring significant experience in the business, and embrace our focus on being advisors to our clients, rather than simply ‘brokering’ transactions. Those we are bringing on today will be the future leadership of the Dallas office.”
