Greg Sadick Retiring from Snyder Langston

Greg Sadick, SVP of residential at Snyder Langston, is retiring effective Jan. 15. Sadick joined Snyder Langston in 2002 to execute the vision established by executive chairman Steve Jones and chairman John Rochford to create a dedicated multifamily group for the construction firm.

Under Sadick’s guidance, Snyder Langston Residential diversified into market-rate apartments, mixed-use multifamily, condominiums, senior living, assisted living/memory care and affordable housing.

“When Greg joined Snyder Langston, the multifamily market was an emerging sector for commercial contractors with limited definition,” said Snyder Langston CEO Jason Rich. “Greg worked to secure and foster industry relationships and further define the sector for our firm, building Snyder Langston Residential into a major portion of the firm’s yearly revenue and a highly respected contractor in Southern California for the multifamily industry “His passion and tireless efforts have contributed to our organization’s growth.”

VP of residential operations Peter Tuma will continue in his leadership role overseeing all future growth of Snyder Langston Residential, along with the firm’s executive director of pre-construction, Adam Schneider.
