Greg Galusha Joins PeerStreet to Lead Commercial Real Estate Team

PeerStreet expanded its leadership team with the addition of Greg Galusha as head of commercial real estate at the platform for investing in real estate backed loans. He will be based in the firm’s headquarters in Los Angeles, and joins from Kearny Real Estate Company.

Galusha will be responsible for leading PeerStreet’s growing CRE division, which will help PeerStreet expand and enhance the current spectrum of commercial real estate investments offered through its marketplace.

PeerStreet’s Brew Johnson says, “Investors have asked for more commercial debt opportunities through the platform, and I can’t think of anyone better to expand our commercial efforts.”

Galusha brings more than 25 years of real estate investment management experience for both institutional and private capital, having closed nearly 100 deals with a market capitalization of roughly $3 billion. Previous employment includes roles at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, PCCP, Trammell Crow and Amstar.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
