39 Lewis Street, a 91% leased mixed use CBD property in Greenwich, CT was sold for $9.3 million and 23 Old Kings Highway, an 86% leased boutique office building in Darien, CT, for $4.3 million.  

The 17,081 square feet Lewis Street building includes office space on the upper floors and ground floor retail. The 25,713 square feet 23 Old Kings Highway is a train-centric property with in-place rents being $15+ PSF below market. 

CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group, led by Jeffrey Dunne, Steven Bardsley, Travis Langer, and Daniel Blumenkrantz, facilitated the sale of two Connecticut properties. CBRE also procured separate buyers for each property.
