Greenstone Partners Lists 100%-Leased Office Building in Woodlawn for Sale
Greenstone Partners has listed 915 E. 63rd Street, a 100% leased urban infill office investment located in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Chicago, for sale.
The property is being offered at a listing price of $4.75 million. Greenstone Partners’ Malek Abdulsamad, Director, is representing ownership as the exclusive investment advisor. The 31,120-square-foot, single-story property sits on approximately 1.51 acres.
The asset includes two parcels: the office building and a surface parking lot with 85 spaces. Located approximately eight miles south of downtown Chicago, the property benefits from proximity to major institutions and strong transit access.
