Greenstone Partners Brokers Skokie Retail, Land Transactions
Greenstone Partners recently brokered Railway Railway Plaza, 572 Weston Ridge Dr. in Naperville, Illinois and 9008-9018 Gross Point Road in Skokie, Illinois.
Railway Plaza is a multi-tenant retail investment is located at 572 Weston Ridge in Naperville, Illinois and sold for $1,700,000 or $220 per square foot. The 7,719-square-foot Class B property is situated adjacent to the Route 59 Metra station and is located between downtown Naperville and downtown Aurora.
Greenstone Partners Director Malek Abdulsamad represented the buyer, an Illinois-based private investor, and seller in the transaction. “We were thrilled to generate multiple offers with the ultimate buyer being a local,” said Abdulsamad. “At the time of close, the property is 75% occupied with a dental practice anchor tenant.”
9008-9018 Gross Point Road is a 22,000 square-foot land development site located in Skokie, Illinois and sold for $645,786. Director Brewster Hague and Abdulsamad exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.
