Greenstone Partners has seen a successful first half of 2022 with the addition of new team members and strong transaction volume. The firm attributes its accomplishments to its recent expansion into multifamily and a strong first- and second-quarter investment sales market.
“Our team is known for retail, mixed-use, office, flex and industrial transactions,” said CEO and managing partner Danny Spitz. “With our recent hires, we have expanded into multifamily and are serving an even greater pool of investors looking to transact throughout both the Chicagoland area and the Midwest.”
Since 2022 began, the brokerage firm has focused on growth, prompting the addition of directors Jordan Multack and Malek Abdulsamad, associate Tom Galvin, analyst Trevor Allen and graphic designer Paulina Ryt. In addition, the firm continues to cultivate and promote talent from within, promoting Ariana Vartzikos to director of marketing and Clarence Marsh to director of transactions & operations.
