Greenstone Lists Package of Office Condos at 55 West Wacker

Greenstone Partners has listed a package of office condominiums at 55 W. Wacker Dr. in Chicago’s Loop. The package includes four investment condos and seven vacant, owner-user/value-add units.

The condos are available for sale individually or as a portfolio. Square footage on the vacant condos ranges from 2,900 to 15,800 square feet. Pricing for each unit ranges from $650,000 to $1,575,000.

The lead advisors on the sale are Greenstone managing partners David Spitz and Jason St. John and investment associate Tom Galvin.
