Greenstone Adds Two Team Members on Investment Sales Side

Greenstone Partners has added two new team members. Joe Bono has joined as an associate in investment sales with a focus on net lease, while Keely Faris serves as an investment analyst supporting the investment sales division.

Before joining Greenstone, Bono was a net-lease broker at one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate firms for nearly three years. He brings a personal track-record of closed transactions spanning the Midwest and Southeast.

“We are excited to have Joe join our growing team,” said Danny Sptz, managing partner and CEO of Greenstone. “His net-lease expertise combined with Greenstone’s national reach, in-depth market research and analytics will enable us to provide our clients with yet another investment product offering.”

Faris will work alongside the investment sales team in the valuation and financial analysis of a variety of commercial real estate assets spanning the Midwest.
