GreenSight Inks 14K-SF Charlestown Office

GreenSight is moving to a larger 14,000-square-foot office at The Schrafft Center in Charlestown, Boston, MA, upgrading from a 10,000-square-foot Seaport location.

The property, formerly Schrafft’s Candy Factory and renovated by The Flatley Company in 1984, offers shuttle assistance, a gym, cafeteria, and childcare, among other amenities. “The space radically improved how we operate and work together as a team while also enhancing and impressing our partners and customers,” said Joel Pedlikin, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of GreenSight.

Kirk Weller and Jeffrey Gates from Avison Young Boston orchestrated the deal. “The Schrafft Center emerged as the ideal choice for GreenSight’s need for a spacious, amenity-filled office,” said Weller.
