Greensboro Retail Center Trades for $3M

Stan Johnson Co. has brokered the $2.6 million sale of a multi-tenant retail center in Greensboro, NC.

Located at 1314 Bridford Pkwy., the 46,000-square-foot center is currently leased to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet and Hot Buys Furniture. The dual-tenant retail property is part of the larger Landmark Crossing power center, with additional anchors including Floor & Décor and Tuesday Morning.

Ryan Roedersheimer of Stan Johnson Company represented the North Carolina-based seller, DMC Properties Inc., in the transaction. The buyer was SPS Investment LLC, an individual investor from California.
