Greenlight Delivers Pair of MF’s in Phoenix

Scottsdale-based Greenlight Communities completed development of two attainable housing neighborhoods in Phoenix. The first project is Cabana on Washington, a 226-unit multifamily property at 5300 E Washington St. The second is Cabana on 12th (pictured), which features 252 units at 4225 N. 12th St.

Greenlight Communities’ Patricia Watts says, “Residents, including first responders, teachers, nurses and other health care workers need alternative options for newly-built housing, as the vast majority of new rentals are luxury and come with a hefty price tag, making them unattainable to the majority of middle-income renters.”

Both communities provide a solution to rising apartments rents, and the persistent need for more affordable housing. Cabana on Washington offers studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with rents starting at $899. Cabana on 12th offers studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with rents starting at $849.

Greenlight eliminates cost and time constraints by removing the middleman and streamlining its design and building process.
