Greenland USA Chief Departs

I-Fei Chang, the chief executive of Greenland USA, which is building the $1-billion Metropolis mixed-use project in downtown Los Angeles, has resigned from the firm. Gang Hu, a former executive vice president and founding member of Greenland USA, is her replacement. No reason was given for her departure.

Greenland USA is owned by the Shanghai-based Greenland Group. Its Metropolis development will have four towers containing 1,500 condos, 350 hotel rooms and retail space. The first phased of the project, which will be near Staples Center, is scheduled for completion in 2018.
