Greenbridge Debuts New Medical Building in Tarzana

The Oasis Healthcare Center, a brand new 45,000-square-foot medical building at 19500 Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana, CA, has officially opened. Developed by Greenbridge Investment Partners and designed by Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED), the facility is one of the first medical structures to open post-pandemic.

“The pandemic has changed how consumers want to access healthcare and this property is designed to do so in the most effective way possible. The building features a large open-air lobby atrium complete with space for restaurant retail, outdoor seating and a two-story high ‘living wall’,” said Greenbridge principal Sean Hashem.

“This location is central to almost everything in the Valley, and just 1.5 miles away from the new Providence St. Joseph and Cedar-Sinai redevelopment project,” said Lee & Associates’ Scott Romick who will handle the leasing. “19500 will be a magnet for medical providers and other health and wellness tenants that need to be in proximity of the hospital, yet sill provide a concierge type of medical practice environment.”

Connect Los Angeles is around the corner! A tremendous line-up of CRE professionals will be speaking at Connect LA on May 3rd at Hotel Indigo, and you’re invited! Details and registration info here.
