Greenberg Traurig Adds Counsel in Real Estate Practice

Susanna M. Brown has joined the Chicago office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP as counsel in the firm’s real estate practice. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Brown was senior counsel with Strategic Leasing Law Group LLP.

Brown focuses her practice on commercial leasing transactions, representing both landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of retail, office and industrial leases and related documents for space in office buildings, regional shopping centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-used and industrial projects across the country. She also has significant experience in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.

“The talent and the resources that Susanna brings to our real estate practice will enhance our ability to provide the best possible service to our clients,” said Rita M. Alliss Powers, co-managing shareholder of the Chicago office. “Susanna is a great lawyer, and we look forward to working with her.”
