Greenberg Gross Expands into DTLA

Greenberg Gross LLP leased the 30th floor of Brookfield’s 52-story Figueroa at Wilshire tower in DTLA, and plans to open a new LA HQ there early next year. The business trial firm is taking 23,000 square feet, and will build out a state-of-the-art conference center and a mock courtroom.

This is the second office for the firm that was launched in Orange County by attorneys Alan Greenberg and Wayne Gross. Howard Privette, who joined Greenberg Gross earlier this year from Paul Hastings, will manage the new LA office.

Privette says Greenberg Gross’ expansion into DTLA “reflects the firm’s natural evolution as an elite law firm that represents blue chip clients in their most important matters across the country.”

Cresa’s Randall Parker represented the tenant. Brookfield’s in-house team includes John Barganski, James Malone and Marin Turney.
