Greenberg Gibbons Secures Four Leases at Owings Mills Retail Center

Greenberg Gibbons has inked leases with four new tenants at the St. Thomas Shopping Center in Owings Mills, MD.

The new tenants, Next Door Pharmacy, uBreakiFix and Boston Market will open this fall. Retailer Michaels will open in fall 2022. Arts and crafts retailer Michaels will lease a 23,045-square-foot space while Next Door Pharmacy will lease a 1,600-square-foot location. In addition, electronics repair shop uBreakiFix will lease a 1,600-square-foot storefront while Boston Market will take up a 2,000-square-foot space.

St. Thomas Shopping Center is located adjacent to Foundry Row, a mixed-use destination also owned and managed by Greenberg Gibbons. Additional tenants at the center include H&R Block, M&T Bank, Wells Fargo and Starbucks.
