Green Point Building 754K-SF Georgetown Spec Warehouse

Green Point Property plans to build a 754,000-square-foot spec building in Georgetown that could eventually have 3 million square feet of industrial space. It’s in the GTX Logistics Park at 1000 FM 972

The building costs are estimated at $42 million for the concrete tilt-wall warehouse shell that is scheduled to begin construction in October and be completed in November 2027.

The Austin Business Journal reports the GTX Logistics Park is marketing 2.6 million square feet left on the 180 acres it still owns. Colliers International Group Inc.’s Travis Hicks and Chase Clancy handle leasing at the site.

Georgetown is about 30 miles north of Austin with a population of nearly 107,000 people.

Gree Point says its focus is on high-growth markets throughout Texas and the Southeastern US to acquire and develop industrial properties.  Green Point’s team has 40 years of combined real estate investment experience and collectively has acquired, developed and managed real estate assets exceeding $3 billion across the United States.
