Green Courte Taps Veteran Pusateri for Senior Living Platform

Private equity firm Green Courte Partners has hired Jim Pusateri as the first CEO of True Connection Communities, its new senior living operating platform. Green Courte has assembled a portfolio of nine senior living properties in four states, and is actively seeking more.

Pusateri has over 25 years experience in the senior living industry and was heavily involved in the early-stage growth of Brookdale and Horizon Bay. He most recently served as co-COO of Senior Lifestyle Corporation, an owner, operator, and developer of senior living communities with a portfolio of more than 180 properties.

Commenting on his new role, Pusateri said he’s looking forward to working with the Green Courte team “to create a new standard for active, lifestyle-focused senior living.”

Green Court CEO David Lentz cited Pusateri’s “deep industry experience, unique vision and passionate, committed leadership as we continue to expand our True Connection Communities platform.”
