Green Courte Elevates COO Lentz to CEO

Private equity real estate investment firm Green Courte Partners, which focuses on building industry-leading companies within niche sectors, has elevated COO David Lentz to the CEO’s chair. His successor as COO will be Steven Gearhart. Also seeing a promotion is William Glascott, now deputy CIO.

Lentz joined Green Courte in 2003 shortly after its founding, and is one of three managing principals. During his time with the firm, he has held senior roles with two of its businesses: American Land Lease, its previous land-lease platform; and the Parking Spot, which provides near-airport parking.

Gearhart joined in 2012 as a member of the Parking Spot’s senior management. While overseeing Green Courte’s portfolio of operating businesses, he will also be Parking Spot’s vice chairman. “These promotions demonstrate the breadth and depth of talent and experience we have assembled at the firm,” said Randall Rowe, Green Courte’s founder and chairman.
