Great Hills Plaza Owner Inks 41K SF in Leases

Keppel-Pacific Oak US REIT, formerly Keppel-KBS US REIT, signed five new leases and renewals, totaling 41,114 square feet, at its 139,252-square-foot Great Hills Plaza in Austin. The California owner of the Class A office building at 9600 Great Hills Trail was represented by Aqulia Commercial’s David Putnam, Bethany Perez and Seth Stuart in the following transactions:

  • 8MinuteEnergy Renewables LLC signed a 2,659-square-foot lease. Spencer Holbert with JLL was the tenant representative.
  • OneAffiniti LLC renewed its 7,241-square-foot lease. The tenant was represented by Colliers’ Thomas Matheney.
  • Cintra U.S. Services renewed its 14,371-square-foot lease.
    • Ferrovial Holdings U.S. Corp renewed its 7,241-square-foot lease.
    • Ferrovial Agroman U.S. Corp. renewed and expanded into 13,028 square feet.

    Kelly Woodruff and Nate Stricklen with CBRE represented Cintra, Ferrovial Holdings and Ferrovial Agroman in their lease negotiations.

    The owner acquired the building on Austin’s north side in November 2017. According to the Aquila Commercial website, 8,171 square feet of space remains, at an asking rent of $27-per-square-foot, NNN.
