Great American Landscapes Buys 12-Acre Clarksburg Site for $5.3M 

Great American Landscapes has acquired an 11.5-acre site in Clarksburg, Montgomery County, Maryland, for $5.3 million from John and Edna DeMint. 

The property, located at 24620 Frederick Road, includes a small industrial building. The buyer plans to use the site for product and equipment storage, as well as office space.  

Adam Nachlas, SIOR, Senior Vice President with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, and Lisa Baker of eXp Realty represented the seller. “The industrial outdoor storage asset class has become so popular of late that it now has its own name,” stated Nachlas.
