Graybar Building 98% Occupied

The Graybar Building at 420 Lexington Ave. has leased over 37,000 square feet of office space.

“The building is approximately 98% leased, which speaks to the on-going desirability of the Grand Central submarket,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property for SL Green, owner of the 31-story, 1.5-million-square-foot landmark tower, which represented itself in the transactions.

The new tenants include:

– Litchfield Cavo renewed its lease to 26,639 square feet, an expansion from 18,275 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

– The Entertainment Software Association relocated within the building to a new space with 10,774 square feet of space. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
