Grata to Relocate to Midtown with 15K-SF Lease

Grata, a deal origination platform, is relocating from Chelsea to a new office near Times Square. The company has signed a deal for 15,158 square feet across the entire second floor of 1410 Broadway. The terms of the lease were not disclosed, but it is described as a “long-term” lease.

Grata, founded in New York in 2016, will move from its current office on the seventh floor of 15 West 18th Street. The new location offers closer access to customers and a more collaborative space for the company’s growth.

L.H. Charney was represented by Colliers’ Rick Doolittle, Michael Joseph, John Howard, and Taylor Bell. The building has recently attracted other tenants like clothing company 32 Degrees and footwear brand Geox. KSR Capital bought a 49 percent stake in the property in January, valuing it at $170 million.
