Grapevine’s Hotel Vin Adding 120 Rooms

Part of the Marriott Autograph Collection Hotels, Hotel Vin will break ground in late 2025 on Hotel Vin Reserve in Grapevine. The hotel addition will include a pool, rooms and event spaces.

The Hotel Vin Reserve expansion will feature 120 rooms. It will be built on the former site of Sunbelt Rentals, which relocated from 321 E. Dallas Road. Run by Grapevine-based Coury Hospitality, Hotel Vin opened in late 2020.

Hotel Vin Reserve will connect to the current Hotel Vin and will have an outdoor pool, spa, private event space and additional parking.

Harvest Hall is connected to the hotel. It features food from around the world and an extensive wine, spirits and craft beer menu.

Both Hotel Vin and Harvest Hall are part of Grapevine Main, a $114 million mixed-use development that also features a 500-space parking garage and a 38,000-square-foot expansive outdoor plaza that will be large enough to accommodate 3,500 guests.
