Granite Properties Starts Construction on Granite Place II at Southlake Town Square
Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development, and management company, has commenced with its second phase of Granite Place at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX.
The development, which is in a suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth, consist of a Class-A, 5-story, 143,500-square-foot office building in Southlake Town Square. Located adjacent to Granite Place I, the new sustainable and wellness-focused building, is LEED and Fitwell certified. The development will be delivered February 2023.
Designed by Corgan Associates, Granite Place II will complement the look and feel of Granite Place I, which was completed in 2017 and is 100% leased. DPR Construction will serve as General Contractor.
“The building is ideally positioned for companies drawn to Southlake, a suburb nationally recognized for its high quality of life and city-like conveniences, to help attract top talent and grow their business. We will also be able to accommodate current customers expansion needs,” said Will Hendrickson, Senior Managing Director of Granite Properties.
