Granite Properties Gets Loan for Second Southlake Office Build
Bank OZK is providing the construction loan for Granite Place II, a proposed high-end five-story office at Southlake Town Square. Granite Place II will be right next to the award-winning Granite Place I. Granite Place II will have 143,500 square feet, slightly smaller than the companies first Southlake venture.
The new building will boast amenities such as a corporate living room, fitness center and grab-and-go food service.
Granite will be partnering with N5B Capital, who will relocating their headquarters into the building. Granite’s Will Hendrickson has high hopes for the project, “Granite Place II has already generated a lot of interest from companies drawn to Southlake. Granite Place I has been in incredibly high demand and is currently 100% leased.”
General contractor, DPR Construction, has begun site work to deliver the building in March 2023.
