Granite Park Adds Three New Tenants to the Mix

Granite Park is a walkable office neighborhood with six class-A office buildings featuring a 299-room Hilton hotel, corporate living rooms, fitness centers, onsite cafés, conference centers and outdoor workspaces. The 90-acre mixed-use development is near the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121 in Plano.

The office property recently inked three new leases totaling 34,000 square feet for The Point Group, Digital.ai and HNTB, according to Granite Properties.

“As vaccinations are being rolled out, we have seen an uptick in leasing activity. The three new leases at Granite Park demonstrate the demand for well-located class-A space in a walkable amenity-rich neighborhood,” said Will Hendrickson, senior managing director of Granite Properties.

The Point Group will relocate to Granite Park Three from Preston Center in June. The company will occupy 14,871 square feet.

Founded in early 2020 and originally headquartered in Spaces on Legacy Drive, Digital.ai relocated its corporate headquarters to Granite Park Three in March. The company occupies 5,009 square feet.

HNTB will relocate to Granite Park Two in August 2021. The company will occupy 14,550 square feet.

The Point Group marketing agency was represented by Nick Lee and Jeremy Brubaker of NAI Robert Lynn. Digital.ai was represented by Wills Bauer and Randy Cooper of Stream Realty. HNTB was represented by Charles Daggett, Kris Knapstein and Dina Zavislak of Savills. Granite Park was represented by Robert Jimenez and Aarica Mims of Granite Properties.
