Granite Offloads Vinings Office Tower
Granite Properties sold 100 City View in Vinings for $50.4 million. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports OA Development acquired the property after taking out a $32.5 million acquisition loan with Grant Street Funding. 100 City View was built in 2000 and is located less than two miles from The Battery Atlanta.
The 11-story tower spans about 254,000 square feet. The property is about 91% leased, with 26 tenants, including Murata Electronics, which committed to a 50,170-square-foot long-term lease starting in 2024. The previous owner spent about $7 million in capital improvements at the property.
Last year, OA Development acquired Sugarloaf Corporate Center, a three-building office portfolio in Duluth, for $32 million.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller and procured the buyer. Samir Idris, David Meline and Burch Mixon were part of the team representing the seller. They also brokered the sale of Pennant Park to the Atlanta Braves earlier this year.
