
Grandscape Multifamily Tower Bought by Beachwold
A 345-unit apartment tower was sold in the Grandscape development in The Colony. The 14-story tower was purchased by Manhattan-based Beachwold Residential with a $76 million loan from PGIM Real Estate. Northmarq Capital brokered the sale.
The Live Grandscape includes pools, exercise facilities, dog park, indoor recreation room and theater, and a coworking space. Monthly rent starts at $1,600 and go up to $5,500. The building is south of SH 121 near the Nebraska Furniture Mart.
The Grandscape is a Berkshire Hathaway creation. It’s an outdoor environment with landscaping, patio-style seating areas, modern technology displays, and an open green with a large pavilion. It stretches across more than 400 acres, and features more than 3.9 million square feet of retail, entertainment, residential, dining and attractions.
