Grand Living Gets Underway at The Grove

Ryan Companies US Inc., Grand Living and Castletop Capital are partnering to develop, design-build, own and operate Grand Living at The Grove. This will be the fourth Grand Living community in Texas and the groundbreaking is planned for summer 2022 at the corner of Bull Creek Road and Jackson Avenue.

Grand Living at The Grove will be approximately 260,000 square feet with 186 independent and assisted living units as well as an entire wing dedicated to 34 memory care units. Seniors will have the ability to age-in-community, meaning residents can remain within individual homes and continue to receive services even as their needs change.

Amenities will include a lounge and legends club, library, several dining options, a performance theater, spa and fitness center featuring a full-service salon, pool and courtyard; therapy rooms, game rooms, a gift shop, chapel and outdoor amenity spaces. There will also be 180 below-grade parking stalls.

“The Grove is the ideal location for Austin’s senior population with its dining and entertainment options,” said Hunter Barrier, South Central regional president, Ryan Companies. “Ryan is predicated on the desire to create places for people to thrive and this project helps us achieve that objective alongside our partners.”

Ryan is the co-developer and design-builder. Castletop Capital is the master plan developer and Grand Living will operate the community upon completion.
