GRACO Secures $21M Refi for Lubbock Retail

GRACO Real Estate Development Inc. secured a $21.4 million loan to refinance West End Center Phase II, a 94,841-square-foot lifestyle shopping center in Lubbock, TX. Tom Fish and Jimmy Board led the JLL team on the financing, which was provided by Silverpeak Argentic.

The property is phase two of the mixed-use West End Center development at 2910 W. Loop 289. The development has a mix of big-box retailers, flagship hotels and office space. The center is 90% occupied, with tenants including Cabela’s Outpost, Nike Factory, Costco, P.F. Chang’s, Panera Bread and World of Beer.

“Leased to a strong line-up of national, credit-worthy tenants, and located directly off Lubbock’s heaviest traveled thoroughfare, the property’s consumer draw and visibility made this a compelling lending opportunity,” Board said.
