Gowanus Industrial Warehouses Sold for $7M  

Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of 557-567 3rd Ave in Gowanus, Brooklyn, for $7.35 million. The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed. The sale was led by Jesse Kay and Jakub Nowak of Marcus & Millichap 

The property, located at the intersection of 3rd Ave and 15th St, comprises approximately 13,700 square feet of vacant industrial warehouses.
