Gotham Organization Promotes Bryan Kelly to Lead Development
Gotham Organization promoted Bryan Kelly to president of the company’s development arm. He’s the first non-family member to be named president of the fifth-generation development business.
“Bryan has been an integral part of Gotham’s continued growth and success throughout his tenure,” said David L. Picket, president and CEO of Gotham Organization. His father, Joel Picket, serves as chairman. “While my father and I are not going anywhere, given Bryan’s attention to detail, tenacity and deep well of experience, we felt comfortable promoting him to president.”
Kelly joined Gotham in 2016 as an EVP after more than five years at Fisher Brothers, where he oversaw more than $400 million of development projects. Since joining Gotham, he has overseen a number of new mixed-use projects, many in partnership with New York City institutions, to build affordable housing, schools, community facilities, and cultural spaces.
