Goodwin Launches PropSci Practice, Led by Boston-Based Partners

Law firm Goodwin has launched a PropSci practice, focused on addressing client needs at the intersection of commercial real estate and life sciences industries. The team is co-led by Danielle Lauzon, partner in the Life Sciences practice, and Andy Sucoff, partner in the Real Estate Industry group, both based in Boston.

“The overlap between the life sciences and the real estate industries is creating evolving opportunities for our clients, driven by biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies’ unique real estate needs, and increased use of commercial real estate to meet those needs,” said Lauzon.

Added Sucoff, “We are proud to formalize the first PropSci practice in a global law firm designed for the benefit of our clients around the world.” The practice draws on nearly 300 life sciences and real estate lawyers across Goodwin’s 13 offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
